For more than two decades in municipal leadership—most recently as Town Manager of Jamestown, NC—I’ve guided multimillion-dollar projects, managed complex negotiations, and led diverse teams through moments where the right words made all the difference.
My specialty is turning tense, high-pressure situations into opportunities for alignment and progress. Trained in the Exactly What to Say® methodology, I equip clients with practical, intentional language that helps them influence outcomes, defuse conflict, and move people toward shared goals.
